RM Roofing service completed a re-roof in Wahroonga.
When RM Roofing Recently inspected the Tiled roof on the Wahroonga home it was noted that there was some damage to the roof that had caused numerous issues for the owners. It was also noted that the roofing was aged and had some mould due to the constant exposure to the foliage and vegetation surrounding the home.
The condition assessment carried out on the Tiled roof indicated that the Roofing would require replacement. In discussion with the Owner it was agreed that the tiled roof would be replaced with new COLORBOND® steel roof. The Colour selected was Jasper.
The Team removed the damaged roofing and replaced the tiles, gutters and ridge caps with a brand new COLORBOND® steel roof.
The roof is now in water tight COLORBOND® steel, having the added benefit of heat reflection. This will help keep the home cooler during the hot summer months. The result is an improved, safe, and updated roof. The home owner was incredibly pleased with the end result. Please see his testimonial
